Chunk Loader on FTB?

I recall that on the previous server, we found that ChickenChunks was part of the modpack but disabled, and instead there was an option of claiming territory, with claimed territory always being chunk loaded but basically unusable by other players.

After someone claimed some territory without realising the implications on other territory, a decision was made to disable the territory claiming option but enable ChickenChunks.

Can we get ChickenChunks enabled again, or is it not just disabled, but completely missing from the modpack? If we can't enable it, does anyone know what the next best chunk loader in the modpack is?

They really have been trying to promote FTB Utilities over Chicken Chunks, which is a pity because FTBU is a terrible crappy piece of junk when it comes to this. They completely removed the file from the server-side pack, but it should still be available in your client-side versions, and I was able to find the matching version online and DL it to install to server.

The server should reset as usual tonight with Chicken Chunks becoming enabled on restart. Please use the Edit Modpack option in your launcher to re-enable the Chicken Chunks 1.3.4.19 mod, and assuming all goes well, you'll be able to use Chunk Loaders again starting tomorrow (though you can re-enable to mod now if you want - you can connect with the mod on client side, even if it isn't on server side).

Since the Curse launcher doesn't have the Edit Modpack option, this is how I re-enabled ChickenChunks:

Went to the FTB Infinity Evolved\mods directory. Renamed the file:

ChickenChunks-1.7.10-1.3.4.19-universal.jar.disabled
to
ChickenChunks-1.7.10-1.3.4.19-universal.jar

Started up Curse, started up FTB IE and logged on.
