I think it was killed a considerably long time ago (As in more than a few months).

And personally, I couldn't be happier. That thing was about as annoying as Guardian's daily posts about Steam forums garbage (Which have also stopped, thank goodness).

and I say we re-introduce it just to annoy Masakari.

funny thing is i was in IRAQ when this you tag came out and i seen i posted lots please fill me in on it

It was basically a code you could insert into forum text that would return the name of the person logged in and reading the forum.

If you used "[" you "]'" - sans quotes it would always appear as 'Red Seal' to you and 'Plinko' to me or 'spm97' to Spam. So, you could type things like 'I hate it when "[" you " ]" post annoying stuff' and people would think it was directed at them.

After rampant abuse, Dog disabled it.

It woulda made the "Guess whose posts next" thread a lot of fine hahahaha You would have had to guess if the You tag being used on you or not

I made it a habit to quote people to check to see if the you tag was being used.

No one really knew me that well at the time this was running rampant (except you) so I found the accusations of me being a cheater and sucking and/or rocking highly amusing and figured it out right away.
