Official, DayZ goes stand-alone

After a lot talk at different media events, it has just been announced DayZ will go stand-alone. There has always been talk of stand-alone, DLC, free mod, etc. Rocket is also a fan of Notch's minecraft release styles, meaning he thinks it is really cool to have a game and continue to add content to it.
