For a game any of the games How do you stop the startup Video from playing?

Particularly for Train Simulator 2015?

I also need to do that to L4D & L4D2 and a few other games.

BTW I looked back through the Posts and did not find anything on this subject.

I knew it was there some were must be buried deep.

I believe that adding "-novid" to the launch options will disable the videos for Source games. I'm not sure about other games but I don't think the same thing would work. I recall an old Medal of Honor game that needed something like "playintro_0" added to the launch shortcut.

is that (novid) or is it (-novid) or is it ("-novid")??
