Re: new computer build help
I love windows 8. It took a bit to get used to, and I wasn't a fan for the first day or too. Though, once i figured things out, it's pretty solid. I don't really use the whole tile thing a lot though. Pretty fast start up which I like.

I already have win 7 so I plan on staying with it for now. I have easy access to win 8 from friends working @ microsoft. benefits of living in Redmond and Bill Gates tearing down my tree fort to build one of his early campuses.

Re: new computer build help
strangest thing... ordered a few parts thru amazon, they all came in one box. somehow my gtx 770 "sealed" box is all wet on the inside. It is completely sealed in the plastic but half of it is all soft and squishy like it is wet. They are already sending me a new one, Don't want the most expensive part in my new build to be stored wet... It seemed to be wet and sealed from the factory. its the only way I can see it getting that way...

love being an amazon prime member. I turned in the claim for the damaged item yesterday night. I was on my door step this afternoon. crazy and dry!
