Not sure, there's 2 greyed out names for me in the list at the bottom of the forum, that have been on in the last 24 hrs. I think some have to do with inactivity and some are to do with having a name change(something to do with there profile) or added to a group of some sort.

Dog can explain it for us when he returns! :)
