stay active i guess.
cuz ive been with theville for almost a year but half of that time i was away so that mightve affected me getting into a guild

well.....i wouldn't know, cuz i'm not in one, but seed when people ask and join in some of the "just for fun" stuff. people will like you more if you play to enjoy the game, not just win. thats my input..... i've only been playing tf2 for about 3 months, so on the list for getting into the guilds, I am just above where it says "end of list"

It's not all really how long you've been playing here that matters. Some people have been here for maybe a month and are asked to be in a guild, others more than 6 months. These are the things that I notice are important when looking for someone to invite into a guild:

1.Sportsmanship
2.Maturity
3.Treat everyone as an equal
4.Become active in the forums, games, and events!
5.Did I say maturity? (this includes the way you act, respond to situations and other people)
6.Team Player

I'm pretty sure these things apply at all times, even when you think no one is in the server from the ville....the gods are always watching

Sportsmanship, maturity and activity is needed in some manner to get noticed.
