Board time (not zones)

Whenever I look at the time for something here on the forums, its 5 mins ahead of what my computer, clock, and cellphone say the time is. the first two I can see being wrong, but shouldn't my phone have the right time? This has been bugging me for a long time now.

My board time is 5 minutes slower. Than my other time keeping devices.

DST is now off.
Go to Profile -> Board Prefs and turn off DST
And yes, I must correct the server time!

Reminder for everyone, need to switch your preferences for Daylight Savings:
Click here:

Then change this option to YES:
Summer Time/DST is in effect:
Also a reminder to Dog, the server time is still 11 minutes fast!
