Guilds and stuff

USV does choose to be smaller than the rest. The people who started USV all came from TVB, and in the early days of TVB size became an issue to some people. One thing that USV likes to see, and one reason we stay smaller, is forum activity. We think that people who not only create a forum account but use it, add more to the Ville than just playing on the servers. There are a lot of 'regulars' who like to just play and not come to the forums.

I'm still trying to figure out why there are 5 ville guilds 3 of which came from TVB.

I like TVR and all but one question that sticks out in my mind is why eVa and TVR split from TVB....

USV's reason makes sense for me... I'm guessing TVR and eVa have similar reasons....

I think for a while TVR was not an official ville guild, but instead just a group of...Ville regulars. I'm fairly sure that TVR did not split from TVB.

I'd been nice if there was a "The Ville History" post because it's hard keeping track of all the past events of 10 years to find why things are the way they are when you've been here for 1.

Ville history: there was a server named something close to the ville, it lasted for about 2 years...then I arrived; there was much rejoicing. They decided to expand the site in my honor and image, and offer sacrifices to me on a hourly basis. I was pleased. I then let them come up with their OWN version (albeit not true) of how the ville formed, which will probably follow my post

<TVB> officially disbanded in late 2004 after about 4 years and restarted in 2007.

<eVa>. Was started with few of us x-<TVB> not too long after TVB disbanded.

USV was started by some that split from TVB around 2002.

TVR came about around 2003, not sure when they officially became part of the Ville guilds. I’m also not sure how they ever became an official guild here, am going to have to look into that.

BR has been around from the Ville beginnings but were competitive in leagues at the time until recently and do not compete any longer, so they were asked to join the Ville officially.

That’s the short story of the Ville guilds, There is a bunch more history about the Ville, and I have it somewhere if I find it I will post. It.

TVR was just so amazing in the eyes of others that everyone insta-went "They need to be a Ville Guild" and thus history was born.

I also noticed wyo became part of eva pretty fast, can that be explained?
