Refresh Server Access

For what is the menu point "Refresh Server Access" inside the left side "Reserved Slots" block.

I guess it will refresh the access SourceMod Access Lists, but dose it more, or am I tally wrong?

Occasionally, SourceMod servers lose contact with the MySQL database, where everyone's access is stored.
Normally, the server requires a restart, but this is never practical when it's full.

So it's a band-aid fix, until the server can be restarted!
