There is no such thing as communication without language. Anything used for communication is, by definition, a language. Some languages are more limited than others, but anything from pictures to gestures to mathematics to flamethrowers is language in that context. Every one of our answers thus far is using a language to respond to the original question, hence my willingness to write out my answer here. It's no different.
That said, if you just mean without using a conventional spoken/written language like English, then one of these...

Any movement of the body or even how you stand still is referred to as body language. So yeah, Alizee is quite correct, there is no such thing as "without language".
