Whats funny is that it says EA, but really only the X-Box version is EA beause EA did the porting.

I thought EA did all the retail (brick and mortar) distributing.

For the Xbox version they did, but it's Valve's Steam service that distributes the PC version.

I'm pretty sure EA had no hand in development. They only distribute the physical copies of the game.

I found a mailbox in the states I can send it to.

I'm going to dive on this deal. 30 Bucks is far more fair for L4D games in my opinion.

I knew the price would dive within weeks/months.
