New map

I have added a new map: dod_manche_b1
which is a faithful remake of the old DoD1.3 map dod_merderet.
The hardest point is near the Zombie spawn!

Fixed the issues with cap points
Added a new map -> dod_marseilles - should be a nice map for the snipers and assault guys.
Not o n rotation but let me know if we should keep it.

There a bug with dod_marseilles
using parachute get us under the map

Tell us again, please how to change maps? We vote, yes, but how do we get to that? I'd love to be able to explore these maps, but I always seem to join on Flash,
