White Screen

This is a new one for me;

After killing a zombie that drops TNT (not sure which one) if I pick up the TNT, I white screen. My hud is all still there but everything else goes to solid white. Upon death, it reverts back to normal.

Anyone else get that?

tis new one on me, i on occasion get stuck picking up tnt but no white screen.

This happens if your graphics card is newer than most (running DX10+) which DoDS doesn't support and you have an overlay.

I'm gonna change the system so that it is off by default and that you need to turn it on.

this is the overlay for the Shield pickup, showing you have a Shield:



If you card settings are not right, then you'll lose the transparency.
