is there a problem with the server or something...my ping is 30-50 higher than it should be...i called me internet provider and they said the connection was perfectly fine...V.O.C. also say's his ping is 20 higher than it should...so...just wondering if theres something wrong on the server end

Im having a similar problem to Rohan, and it was happening to me, him and VOC at the same time today on the 1.3 TV III server. My ping was where it should be, but I would lag spike every 5-10 seconds. I turned on net_graph 3 and my ping would remain unchanged but for no reason at all, my FPS would go from 70 to 20 (lag spikes). Server rest might help maybe?

I am getting a normal ping..

Try unplugging your router and modem for a few minutes then plugging them back in.
