As always, if you have a problem with someones actions be it verbal / textual abuse or suspected cheating, either call in a handy admin or make a demo (recording) of the event. If you make a demo of it, then just post it in the Complaints department.

Why use the complaints department?? It could all be a misunderstanding and it is better to keep it to a select (and trusted) few than to air our dirty laundry for everyone to see.
