I'm going to take a shot at the Caen question and say 3. I can think of 3 different versions of Caen anyway.

As Optik said, I can only remember dod_charlie as the only official beach map. I want to say it was called dod_dog1 at some point, but I might be confusing that with a custom. I'm pretty sure dod_charlie was called something else when it was first released.
I thought the carbine made its debut with the para maps, but I could be wrong.
I think dod_snowtown was the only official snow map, but here again...(EDIT: Now I have convinced myself there was another, but damn if I can recall the name)
