Lighting glitch?

Lighting glitch?
When ever I play TF2 now, I get this issue where the whole map flashes white, but it's near impossible to take a screenshot because it happens too fast. I've check my settings and nothing has changed. Any fixes to this?

Havent heard of this problem ever before but I do get random cases where I will start taking screenshots whenever I pressed WASD and several other cases where I spaz through the floor coming up and down and the only way I know of fixing this is crouching or switching teams or classes

But it may be your video card thats messing with it have you tried updating your video card or maybe if your money lets you a NEW video card?

Come to think of it. I updated my video card around 3 days ago. And there's another update. So it might patch it.
