You like hat raffles and cheap stranges?

Well, I've been feeling the Christmas spirit and happy the world didn't end or something, so I think people need more hat's in their life. I also have stranges i don't want.
How do I get my grubby little hands on a hat and cheap stranges?
Basically, you buy any of these stranges for a scrap and then you enter the raffle. I then take the scrap and craft a hat, and use a random number generator thingy and poof, one of you get a hat with my name on it. I can understand if you don't want to buy a strange but want to donate. I also know that some of them are really crappy, so I'll post a rec or two of my own. The ones with names next to them are took. So you all get stranges at low prices, and one of you get a hat for almost nothing! I'll end it on Christmas day, and if I need more scrap, I'll just use my own. Happy Holidays! Limit three per person?
