Are gifts dropping on TV3 and/or eyeaduct?

So I played on TV3 for a while today, most of which was on eyeaduct, and I didn't see anyone get a gift at all.

Has anyone seen a gift drop on:
a) Eyaduct since the event started this year?
b) On TV3 since the event started this year?
c) On TV3 today (Sunday)?

I get those "Your gift has just disappeared!" notices, but the one saying it has appeared never showed in the first place

I believe I received a couple of gifts on TV3 while on Ghost Fort, but I have yet to try either of the older maps. Those could easily have been TV2 as well. This event is so hectic that I can't always remember which server I'm on. Fairly certain I got at least one on 3.

I thought I heard something about them dropping on Mann Manor, but that may have been someone asking about it rather than someone confirming it; I don't really recall now. Last year both Mann Manor and Eyeaduct had gifts drop, but that might have changed with the new personalized gifts.

I was on tv3 today for both our Giant Eye Friend, and the Overly Large Wizard and never saw a drop for me. I asked if anyone else had one, and got all nos. Not sure if people stayed around to respond, but no luck for me. Got 4 in :30min on tv2 though!

I received a gift on TV3, while playing Eyeaduct. The drop was one of last year's items, a Garlic Flank Stake.
