need help on scripting idea

As many of you are aware from my incessant complaining, my internet regularly cuts out for a few seconds, disconnecting me from servers. This often results in my losing my spot in a full server (I wouldn't feel right using my reserve slot if someone else filled my spot).

Is there a way I could make a .script for tf2 where if I time out the "retry" command automatically runs until I reconnect? Would at least make the problem a little more tolerable and be less likely that I lose my spot.
