I jumped right into this pretty blindly and admit I did not mess with any of the settings. With that, I feel under impressed with Dirt 3 coming off of Dirt 2. The story (how the missions / races are presented) seems weird and way too linear. The graphics, forceback and physics, and customization of vehicles all seem way worse than Dirt 2. I played about an hour and uninstalled. I loved Dirt 2, I heard showdown is garbage, now I'm looking forward to Dirt Rally going on sale.
