So this game just showed up as early access on steam.

It's esentially minecraft in space with collision physics. Eentually you'll be able to build spaceships and spacestations, with weapons and stuff. Getting materials by mining asteriods. Right now all you can do is build ships and stations in a very basic creative mode. Then crash them into stuff.
