Re: The new James Bond movie is out today!

I agree they have changed movie bond, but these new bond movies have captured more of what I got out of the original books (though to be fair, way more action packed). Bond had really just become a parody of itself in the later years, and the reboot of it is really excellent. I liked the new movie a...

Re: The Skill Level of The Ville

I'm not a great player by any means, but I adore the community on The Ville, so I keep coming back to get owned. That said, I do notice that since playing with and against you guys...I tend to appear like a great player on other servers. lol.

Re: Does anyone even like the Engineer?

Engie is by far my favorite class to play. Though to be honest there are days I don't play it well...those are usually the days I am experimenting with what I can get away with. I also seem to get a lot of "stop hitting me with your wrench!" but I'm spy-phobic so deal with it :)

Re: All Points Bulletin for Ellroy and Leonardo!

Leonardo! Leonardo! has been lost on a desert island, with only the sound of my own fantastic name to keep me company! Then, out of nowhere a small group of Canadian Beavers showed up trying to entertain me by impersonating the Valve "Meet the" videos. When they finally reached sandvich I ...

Re: Battlestar Galactica

It is such a good series on so many levels. I have been hooked since the Mini. And yes there are 10 more episodes coming in 2009, the last season is only half over. That and I just read they are going to do a prequel movie, similar to what they did with Razor, at the completion of the series, direct...

Re: Newest Futurama Movie

Not sure about a new season but there will be 2 more direct to dvd movies apparently. I watched beast with a billion backs the other day...and wasn't as impressed as the previous one. It had its moments for sure but this one felt more like trying to make a really really long episode where the other ...

Re: Volunteers Wanted – Ville Film Crew

I'd love to help as editor or voice actor. I have quite a bit of experience with both from doing my own animated and machinima films. I am somewhat tied up with a animation project at the moment (I have a thread in here somewhere on it) but I always have time to edit new things (two computers is han...

Re: Film Synchronicites

Ah dark side of the rainbow....so many fond memories. The first time we tried it we were a bit "out of our mind", so to speak, and it was seriously the best movie ever! though I have tried it since I stopped going "out of my mind" and don't find it as fun. Still neat but not as f...

Re: Indiana Jones (possible spoilers)

I loved the movie because it was true to the original Indiana Jones concept - A big budget B Movie. I mean we have to remember that the original films were in the 30's and had plot lines that worked for that era in B movies. This is set in the late 50's and has a plot line that works for that era of...

Re: Why I've been a bit awol lately....my animated film

It'll pretty much be as many episodes needed to tell the whole story. I had originally planned on 4, but now I am certain that I need a 5th....maybe a 6th. I don't think any more than that though :)

rest of the world views things like so:

Oddly enough, Canada does:
