Have you changed anything recently? Tried removing/installing the video card drivers?

Since the resolution is changing I'd look first at the video card. Maybe time to crack the case and see if the card's fan is running. I had some issues a while ago with air flow in my machine. Opened the box one day and found the GPU Fan hanging off the card, poor guy had melted

Just rolled on Seil, Asmod side. Can't wait for Sunday! God I feel pathetic already.
